LIVER/FISH CAKE RECEIPE
You can use 500grams of any liver or one 400g tin of pilchards and 1 150/200g tin of tuna.
8oz plain flour (sifted)
Splash of milk (I use Soya/goats if poss as dogs tolerate it better than cows)
Pinch of Turmeric (optional)
Mix all the liver/fish; eggs and milk in a food processor then stir in the flour and turmeric.
Put in the oven on 150c for one hour turn off oven and leave it in the oven to dry out overnight or all day if poss.raph here.
